Time Magazine released its first-ever TIME 100 Next issue on Tuesday. The list names 100 rising personalities who are shaping the future of various industries, such as entertainment, business, sports, and more.
It is part of an ongoing expansion of the magazine’s iconic TIME 100 list of most influential people in the world.
The first issue has six covers, each highlighting a member of the TIME 100 Next list, including actress-comedian Awkwafina, basketball player Zion Williamson, Glossier founder Emily Weiss, author Chanel Miller, Costa Rica President Carlos Alvarado Quesada, and singer-songwriter Camila Cabello.

To celebrate the launch of The Next 100, Time Magazine hosted a gala at Pier 17 in New York City on Thursday night.
Honoree Camila Cabello was one of the stars who attended the event. She ensured all eyes were on her as she arrived in a black blazer from Alexander McQueen’s Fall 2019 collection.

The Shameless singer wore the blazer as a dress, which she paired with black fishnet tights. It features voluminous rose-shaped puff sleeves done in contrasting satin pink material.
She styled the black number with a waist-cinching velvet belt to highlight her figure.

Celebrity hairstylist Sarah Potempa styled Camila’s hair in a fishtail braid with center-parted fringe. For her beauty look, makeup artist Carolina Gonzalez applied cat eye-makeup with dark eyeshadow, pink lip gloss, and a hint of blush.

She chose the ‘Lesley’ over-the-knee boots, which feature 3-inch block heels and the label’s signature adjustable tie-back detail.
